In the early 1960´s, Robert J. Geary Sr. had a vision of having a company run solely by family members ... creating a space of security for future generations of the Geary family. Being a farmer himself, Robert saw a market need for the production of customized, crop specific, water soluble fertilizers, which in turn would aid the farmer/grower in his goal to obtain high yeilds and over all plant health cost effectively.

Following Robert Sr. direction, our team expanded when Robert's sons Robert J. Geary Jr. and Edward Geary assumed leadership. Under their guidence the company not only expanded, but the third generation of leaders were being groomed.

Today, Plant Foods, Inc. continues as a family owned and opperated facility.  Together, keeping the vision set forth by Robert Sr.,  Plant Foods Inc. has grown to what it is today; a multi-national, industry leading, manufacturer.
